Many mums start to feel ready to move their body again, but the idea of finding childcare, figuring out what exercise is safe, and committing to something new can feel like a lot.
That’s exactly why we created Mums and Bubs Pilates at Cadence Physio & Pilates.
Our classes give you a welcoming space to rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and enjoy some movement in your week — all while bringing your baby along with you.

A Physio supported return to movement
One of the things that makes Cadence a little different is that we are both a Physiotherapy clinic and a Pilates studio.
If you are new to Cadence we recommend starting with a Physio assessment so we can guide your return to movement safely.
Some mums begin with Cadence Refine , our small group clinical Pilates sessions designed for pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
From there many people transition into our Mums and Bubs reformer classes, where you can continue moving while bringing your baby along.
